   Walker, Akeley, Laporte, Hackensack, Longville, Backus, Remer, Cass Lake, Nevis, Park Rapids, Bemidji, Lake George, Guthrie and all points in between, YOU are needed, wanted and valued for your talents. If you are looking for a fun, rewarding volunteer avenue to satisfy the urge to be a star, Walker Bay Theater has the need of additional performers, male and female, of all ages. Many of the productions we would like to schedule require larger casts than we currently have available. 

   Not interested in acting? We also need non-stage volunteers (equally valued). Set builders, painters, backstage managers, ticket booth, concession managers and stage hands and more. 

   It is at this time of our 2026 season that we as a Board of Directors are getting serious about the 2027 platform and what productions we would have potential cast members adequate to handle. Honestly, readers, you need to share your talents with others by satisfying your need to check off a bucket-list item (you know you have it on your list) and our need for your untapped ability. 

   The show(s) must go on. Just imagine, how much better those shows will be because you were a part of them. These positions are unpaid, except for the sense of pride you will feel, oh yes free tickets when directly involved in said production.
