   The community is invited to celebrate the successful completion of the Highway 371 project during the Taste of Hackensack on Thursday, June 25, from 4 to 6 p.m. on the Visitor’s Center lawn, located north of the building.

   The event will feature complimentary food samples from several local businesses, giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy a variety of flavors while supporting area restaurants and vendors. Participating businesses include Southside Pizza, Sun and Fun, Charng Thai, Drake’s Pizza, Big Dipper, Birchwood Char House, Blue Ox Coffee Shop, and Butts & Buns BBQ.

   A ribbon-cutting ceremony recognizing the completion of the Highway 371 project is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Drinks will be available for purchase from Barrel & Vine.

   Live music will be provided by Momma Wags and Boomer throughout the event.

   The celebration is made possible through a Joy and Connection Grant from the Initiative Foundation, along with support from The Game Changers. Organizers encourage residents and visitors alike to attend, enjoy local food and music, and help mark the completion of a project that has impacted the community over the past year.
