   The highlight of play June 3 with the LongBow Ladies Golf League was a hole-in-one by Nadi Herriges, her first. Using a 9-iron, she rolled her ball into the cup on the 84-yard Hole 2.

   Twenty-four women played a best net team game with plenty of birdies and chip-ins. The game was 3 nets on Par 3, 2 on Par 4s, and 1 best net on Par 5s. First place was won with a 115 by Mary Kay Googins, Nadi Herriges, Nancy McNeil, and Kathy Severson. Narrowly edged out was the team of Jeanne Major, Hope Olson, Tami Thoreson, and Laura Varner with a score of 116.

   Pat Roush carded an 87 for low gross from the League Red tees.  Phyllis Prantner had an 88 on the Short Course. Nadi Herriges had a 66 low net for the day.

   Nancy McNeil chipped in for a birdie on Hole 5. Hope Olson chipped in on Hole 6 for a birdie. Kathy Severson birdied Hole 17.

   MJ Black chipped on Hole 10 for a bogie. Mary Kay Googins chipped in on Hole 12.

   Phyllis Prantner won Closest to the Pin on Hole 5. Hope Olson made the Longest Putt on Hole 18.
