This historic log cabin was built in 1936 by local builders and stone masons, the four Holmberg brothers. It was constructed as a conservation center. It thrives today as a lending library due to the diligent support the Minnesota Historical Society, volunteers, community members and organizations working to restore and save it for at least another 90 years. Above Volunteer Candace Strawn reads about the history of the Lending Library. Photo submitted.
