    The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 55 golfers forming 14 teams show up to play the game of the day “Low Net Scores on Each Hole” at Longbow Golf Club.

   League results for July 7 are:

   The team winning first place, with a 206 included: Rich Traeger, 76; Terry Paul, 76; Steve Johnson, 73; Ernie Pulido, 76.

   Two teams walked away with second place with a 207 including: Ray Zittlow, 72; Bob Conner, 85; Craig Severson, 72; Bill McKee, 71; AND Brent Jacobson, 76; Jerry Varner, 75; Marc Schonwise, 74; Bob Sankey, 71.

   Fourth place was also split by two teams with a 209, including: Tom Wierzbicki, 73; Dave Klosner, 76; Dale Hillstrom, 79; Kevin Lyons, 73; AND Neil Mandsager, 75; Tony Rannow, 77; Roger Frank, 72; Jeff Clark, 77.

   The team that earned fifth place with a 211 included: Neil Mandsager, 75; Dave Klosner, 76; Ron Whetter, no match; Rod Bothast, 77.

   Mike Olson won the low gross and low net of the day with his 71-3=68. 

   Ken Schleif was closest to the pin on No. 12 at 4’9”. Closest to the pin on No. 17 was Rich Traeger at 4’10”. Dave Klosner had the longest putt on No. 13, while there was no winner for longest putt on No. 18. 

   Chip-ins were made by Brent Jacobson for birdie on No. 15, Steven Day for par on No. 2 and Bob Savre for bogie on No. 8.
