   The Hackensack Hub is pleased to announce a new featured artist, Sandy Johnson, whose work will be showcased at The Hub beginning this July. A valued contributor to the local arts community, Johnson brings a thoughtful, place‑centered perspective to her creative practice.

   A public reception to meet the artist will be held on Friday, July 10 from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at The Hackensack Hub. Community members, visitors, and art enthusiasts are invited to attend, connect, and celebrate the opening of this new exhibition.

   Johnson’s artwork will remain on display through September, offering residents and travelers ample opportunity to stop in and experience her work. Reflecting on her artistic approach, Johnson shares:

   “My art tends to reflect the spaces I occupy and the people that populate my world. It’s a journey.”

   The Hackensack Hub, located at 213 1st Street S in Hackensack, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a center for recreation, fellowship, and education for the benefit of the community. By featuring rotating exhibitions of local artists, The Hub creates meaningful opportunities for creators to share their work while fostering deeper connections between residents, visitors, and the arts.
