    The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 53 golfers forming 13 teams show up to play the game of the day “3 Low Net Scores on Each Hole” at Longbow Golf Club.

   League results for June 30 are:

   The team winning first place, with a 200 included: Jocko Kline, 68; Mike Fortman, 70; Tom Theisen, 73; Greg Danaher, 77.

   The team walking home with second place with a 201 included: Tom Wierzbicki, 70; Steve Carolus, 73; Brad Duhr, 74; Rod Bothast, 75.

   The team coming in third place, with a 210 included: Rocky Berndt, 74; Kevin Lyons, 76; Harland Johnson, 76; Tom Novak, 85.

   Fourth place was won by two teams with a 211, including: Roger Frank, 71; Jim Zierden, 72; Dave Klosner, 76; Mark Uglem, 87; AND Ray Zittlow, 73; Al Hartmann, 74; Steve Johnson, 79; Paul Dennie, 81.

   Mike Olson earned the low gross of the day with his 75. Low net was won by Jocko Kline, with a 95-27=68.

   Greg Danaher was closest to the pin on No. 12 at 16’4”. Closest to the pin on No. 17 was Brent Jacobson at 6’10”. Dallas Anderson had the longest putt on No. 7, while Dave Klosner had the longest putt on No. 16. 

   Chip-ins were made by Rocky Berndt for birdie, Jerry Varner for birdie, Mark Nichols for birdie, Bruce Black for par and Rod Bothast for bogey.
