    The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 52 golfers forming 14 teams show up to play the game of the day “Low Net Scores on Each Hole” at Longbow Golf Club.

   League results for August 25 are:

   The team winning first place, with a 205 included: Jim Lewis, 77; Doug Prantner, 77; Bill McKee, 68; Tim Klosner, 77.

   The team walking home with second place with a 209 included: Blair Witt, 80; Ray Zittlow, 77; Mike Olson, 77; Kevin Lyons, 70.

   The team coming in third place, with a 211 included: Kenny Schleif, 73; Jim Ernst, 81; Jocko Kline, 82. 

   Fourth place ended in a tie with a 212, teams included: Greig Payne, 76; Brad Duhr, 71; Harland Johnson, 74; Ernie Pulido, 82; AND Scott Agre, 78; Mark Nichols, 84; Marc Schonwise, 79; Pat Huffman, 70.

   Steven Day, Mike Olson and Mike Press tied for low gross of the day with a 79. Low net went to Bill McKee with a 95-27=68. 

   Craig Anderson was closest to the pin on No. 12 at 34”. Closest to the pin on No. 17 was Jim Sletten at 29.5”. Scott Agre had the longest putt on No. 4 at 27’, while Mike Olson had the longest putt on No. 16 at 13’. 

   Chip-ins were made by John Hampson for birdie on No. 4, Dale Hillstrom for birdie on No. 4, Roger Frank for birdie on No. 17, Paul Dennie for par on No. 9, Doug Prantner for par on No. 16 and Randy Noecker for double bogey on No. 1.
