Resort race winner

   Week #9 of the turtle races was one for the books, with 361 racers gathering for another beautiful afternoon of racing.

Turtle race champion

This week’s Grand Winner was four year old Thor Den-Herder from Prior Lake, MN. 

   People of all ages came from near and far to cheer on the turtles. Whether it was a turtle that refused to move, a last-second comeback, or the joy of watching a child’s face light up as their turtle crossed the finish line, everyone left with a story and unforgettable summer memories.

   A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers, who continue to make this Longville tradition so special.

Slow Poke champion

This week’s Grand Slowpoke Winner was 11 year old River Wilson from Ellsworth, WI. 

   With summer flying by, we cannot wait to see what surprises next week—the final week of the season—will bring!
