   Sixteen members teed off in a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 29.  The foursomes weathered the 90-plus degree weather with plenty of water and cooling devices.

   Game of the day was Best Net Mix with two nets used on Holes 1-9 and a single best net on the back nine.  While team scores were close, the winning team scored 93 points.  Cindy Gross, Nancy McNeil, Jeanne Major, and Harriet Mouw comprised the team.

   Second place team members were Mary Hagelie, Nadi Herriges, Pat McKee, and Cathy Wierzbicki carding a 95.

   Kathy Newton made the longest putt on Hole 1.  Pat Roush was closest to the pin on Hole 17 with her ball coming to rest five inches from the cup.

   Birdies were made by Nancy McNeil on Hole 5, Pat Roush on Hole 17, and Cathy Wierzbicki on Hole 2.
