   The Community Church of Walker United Church of Christ will continue its Gazebo Concert Series, “Music Under the Pines,” with a special Gazebo Concert Debut by Acoustically Covered with John Locklar at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, at the church, located at the corner of Highway 371 and Tianna Drive in Walker.

   The performance will feature a great blended sound of bluesy acoustic rock. Audiences are invited to experience a unique mix of music that organizers say you have to hear to believe.

   Seating will be provided, although guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. The concert will be held rain or shine, with the performance moving indoors if necessary.

   The concert is free to attend. A free-will donation will be accepted to benefit the musicians.
