   Mark A. Gardner age 73 of Hackensack, Minnesota was born May 21, 1952, in Minneapolis Minnesota. Mark was the proud owner of Country Smoke House Specialty Meats. He passed away from a heart attack on November 12, 2025, fighting an electric fire at the Country Smoke House store. He will always be remembered for bringing Cass County and its visitors quality homemade specialty meats over several decades. He will now join the love of his life Laurel in Heaven. 

   Celebration of Life will be held on April 25, 2026, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Fish Lake Pavilion, West Fish Lake Road, Maple Grove, MN.
