The Longville Area Women of Today donated $500 to Lou Lou’s Pet Pantry, a special program housed within the Longville Area Food Shelf. This contribution will help provide essential pet supplies for families in need, honoring the memory of Alyssa Wheeler and her enduring love for animals. Established by Alyssa’s family, Lou Lou’s Pet Pantry was created to celebrate her passion for helping animals and to continue her legacy of care and kindness. By partnering with the Longville Area Food Shelf, the pantry ensures that pets in the community receive vital support alongside the families who love them. Lou Lou’s Pet Pantry provides pet food, treats, and basic care supplies, helping ease the burden on families who may be struggling financially. It reminds us that supporting the entire household includes caring for the four-legged family members who offer so much in return.
