Join Sparkle Theatricals for a Tour of Mythological Proportions!

Get ready for an unforgettable creative experience open to all ages! Kitchigami Regional Library is thrilled to welcome Sparkle Theatricals for “Finding Your Creative Voice Through Found Objects” a fast-paced, hands-on workshop that brings imagination to life using everyday materials.

Led by dynamic performers Rick Ausland and Alejandra Iannone, this high-energy, one-hour session invites participants to explore movement, rhythm, and storytelling through innovative and playful methods. You’ll:

   • Combine movement with story to act out the tale of Pandora’s Box

   • Transform ordinary objects like pots, pans, and buckets into powerful percussion instruments. Participants are welcome to bring their own found objects to share with the group.

   • Learn to layer sound using microphones and looping technology

   • Collaborate to create a mini performance that’s completely original

No prior experience is necessary, just bring your creativity and curiosity! Whether you’re a seasoned performer or trying something new, you’ll leave inspired and amazed at what you can create from the world around you.
