     The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 44 golfers forming 11 teams show up to play the game of the day “3 Low Net Scores on Each Hole” at Longbow Golf Club.

   League results for May 13 are:

   First place ended in a tie with 205s earned by: Jim Lewis, 66; Lowell Holland, 76; Joe Maertens, 78; Bob Savre, 84; AND Dave Klosner, 67; Ray Zittlow, 74; Paul Dennie, 75; Steve Carolus, 80.

   The team coming in third place, with a 206 included: Greg Debelak, 72; Jocko Kline, 74; Harland Johnson, 77; Tom Novak, 78.

   The team coming in fourth place, with a 208 included: Doug Hoopman, 68; Mark Nichols, 76; Brent Jacobson, 79; Mike Haining, 80.

   Fifth place team, with a 214 incuded: Craig Anderson, 73; Blair Witt, 76; Jim Ernst, 78; Ernie Pulido, 84.

   Lowell Holland earned the low gross of the day with his 77. Low net went to Jim Lewis this week with his 81-15=66.

   Blair Witt was closest to the pin on No. 12 at 18’4”. Closest to the pin on No. 17 was Dallas Anderson at 7’3”. Dave Klosner had the longest putt on No. 1, while Greg Debelak had the longest putt on No. 10. 

   Chip-ins were made by Craig Anderson, Dave Klosner, Mark Nichols and Greg Debelak for birdie. Greg Debelak had another chip-in for bogey.
