   Pine River Market Square, a local growers’ and crafters’ market, begins its 15th season in Pine River starting Friday, May 23. They are welcoming vendors to sign up either as a seasonal vendor or drop-in vendor. Rates are the same as in the past: $125 for a seasonal vendor (21 market dates) or $10 per market date as a drop-in vendor. 

   A vendor orientation / meet & greet is set for Friday, May 16, 5-6 p.m., at the market site next to the Depot in Pine River. This is a time to learn about the Market, meet other vendors, complete paperwork, and ask questions.    The market is also looking for volunteers, especially to help with market set up and take down each week. 

   The market is located every Friday, 2:30-5:30pm on Hwy 371 on the SW corner of Barclay Avenue and Hwy 371 at the traffic light. The market features a variety of vendors with local goods including fresh produce, starter plants, baked goods, eggs, meat, fresh cut flowers in season, crafts, and more.
