   David Powell Petersen, age 77 of Coon Rapids, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. David was father to two children, Bobby (Beth) Petersen of Andover and Brenda (Gary) Daudt of Hill City. He will be missed by them, along with his four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. David will be remembered at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home (2005 Branch Avenue, Anoka) on Thursday, June 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. A short graveside service will be held at Saint Patrick’s Cemetery (19921 Nightingale Street, NW, Oak Grove) on Friday, June 20 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Midwest.
