Carol Bennett (left) of Backus was recently presented the Hearing Research Fellow award from the Backus Lions. Carol recently retired from the Lions after being member for 23 years. During that time she served as chairperson of the road cleanup crew for several years, served as membership chair and also volunteered for the many other events the Lions held over the years.
