Little Red Riding Hood, a locally written version of a familiar story will take over the performance stage at Walker Bay Theater on Friday and Saturday, May 2nd and 3rd. The performing cast and support crew will be staff and students of the Leech Lake Boys and Girls Club. The local version was written by Gracie Gamache of Walker, an employee of the Club and a Board member of Walker Bay Theater.
Mix the talents of the students with some interesting costuming and a colorful “set” and you will get a funfilled, delightful performance that all ages are sure to enjoy. Top it all off with “free-will” admission and it is the best deal around. Show time on Friday is 7:00 p.m, Saturday 3:00 p.m. NOTE: only the two opportunities for this show.
The performances will be held at Walker Bay Theater, home of “live & local” at 609 Minnesota Avenue (lower level). This is below the Subway and next to Sanford Clinic. Just look for the big, beautiful new sign and all the smiling faces.
