Longville’s Stuart Park adaptive playground equipment ready for installation
The Longville Park and Recreation Committee is excited to share that the Adaptive equipment has been delivered and it ready to be installed for the Stuart Park Playground. The new safety border has been installed, thank you to Jocko Kline (Longville’s mayor) and his crew. Now is the time for our community to come together to show their pride for how welcoming our area is to everyone who visits. On Saturday, April 26th at 9:00 a.m. we are gathering a work crew to help prepare the ground for the installation of the new equipment in early May. The Park and Recreation committee is so excited to show everyone in our area that we care about them and want them to be a part of our community.
Please consider coming on April 26th at 9:00 a.m. to show your pride in all the Longville area has to offer. If you’re new to this area this would be a great way to meet your neighbors and get involved. We encourage you to bring a shovel and work gloves, but these are not mandatory to help. We will serve you a lunch as a thank you for all your help. Remember that many hands make short work, so please consider supporting your community.
