   Cuyuna Area Connections, in partnership with Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), is sponsoring a free Lunch and Learn seminar with Northern Pines Mental Health Center. The free workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 17, at noon at Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby. Find immediate support and personalized self-care tips for maintaining mental well-being as you age, along with access to Mental Health Urgent Care and crisis support services.
