   UPDATED 11-1-2024 : The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has been notified  that the offender THOMAS EDWARD STRONG DOB 05-09-1989 is no longer residing in the Cass County, MN area.

   Sheriff Bryan Welk reports a Risk Level 3 Offender has relocated to the vicinity of Shing Wauk Drive Northwest, rural Walker, MN 56484 on October 18th 2024. The offender has been identified as THOMAS EDWARD STRONG DOB 05-09-1989.
