Eighth grade WHA wrestling standout Ella Henning of Hackensack brought home her first State Wrestling Title in the 100 lb. weight class and the Wolves first female wrestling title. Henning captured the second of the school’s State Championship title since 1985. In her title match Henning took down Maggie Olson of Albert Lea with a 6-0 shutout (pictured). Fans lined the streets as the Hackensack and Walker Fire Departments and Walker Police escorted the team through the streets of Walker upon the teams return.
