The Northland Lions Club of Remer awarded six Howard Prushek Memorial Scholarships to 2024 graduating seniors of Northland Community Schools. Recipients of $750 scholarships are (L-R) Michaela Gosselin, Grace DeHart, Adrianna Collins, Mckinna McKinney, Dylan Schwartz and Maria Swankier. The Howard Prushek Scholarship Program was created in honor of Howard Prushek, who was a Northland Lions member, educator at Northland School, Remer City Council member, and was very active in the Remer community.  Photo submitted.
