   The Jaques Art Center of Aitkin, MN will feature the ART of Crosslake Art Club, noon-3 p.m., opening reception on Saturday, August 24, at the JAC, 121 2nd St. NW, Aitkin, MN. The Crosslake Art Club has been going strong after 39 years with a current membership roster of 62 talented and diverse artists working both 2D and 3D mediums comprising watercolor, oils, acrylics, mixed media, ceramics and woodworking. 

   The art brought to the Jaques Art Center from the Crosslake Art Club is a partnership between the two for this unique exhibit which runs August 23 through October 5.
