   Faith in Action for Cass County welcomes Cheri Henne as our new Receptionist. Stop by to welcome her and to pick up information about Faith in Action and other resources in Cass County, or use the Legal Aid Kiosk in our Resource Center.

When asked about her background Cheri stated, “I moved here to Backus from Pine City, MN. I worked at Fairview Hospital for 14 years before moving north. I have many years’ experiences in greeting customers and helping patients, whether in person or over the phone. My husband and I enjoy the lake life, fishing, kayaking, boating, long walks and hiking.” 

   Cheri added “I am looking forward to meeting all of the Faith in Action volunteers, who are the heart of the whole operation. Helping everyone, providing information, as much as I can, and connecting with people and building relationships is what I am most excited about.”

Faith in Action for Cass County connects community volunteers with people in need throughout Cass County. Neighborly volunteers help with transportation, home meal delivery, phone visits, basic home repair, and chores including ramp building, yardwork and painting, through Faith in Action for Cass County’s coordinated volunteer services.
