March 15, 1923
At 11:30 on Monday night, fire was discovered in the storeroom of the round house at Federal Dam. It had burned quite a bit but was put out by our brave firemen.
Charlie Tabaka drove the north line school bus for John Yochum Monday as John went to Boy River on business.
Officers for Inguadona township were elected Tuesday: Supervisor Swan Skoglund; Clerk George F. Calvert; Treasurer Hazel Peterson; Assessor Wm. Hull; Constable Alfred V. Lillyquist; and Road Overseer Nels Larson.

March 5, 1948
Thirteen inches of snow fell Friday and Saturday of last week in Cass County. The wind piled the snow into 5- and 6-foot drifts. The storm was the worst since 1941.
Monday evening friends shivareed the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sonstegard at the Day home on Mule Lake.
Rodney Struss, Leonard Johnson, Leonard White and Glenn Campbell signed up for the Navy last Wednesday.

March 8, 1973
Cecelia McKeig was guest of honor at a pink and blue shower at the Federal Dam school house. Hostesses were Ardene Lego, Doris Gish and Bobby Jean Smith.
Linda Russell is home from her studies at Moorhead State College for the quarter break.
Mert and Ardene Lego went to Iowa to see their son Doug who is attending school there.
