      Attention later arriving snowbirds – leagues are accepting new members and you have not ‘missed’ anything by starting in later in May or even June.  These leagues are set up so it is not an issue to miss a week here or there due to vacation, company, etc. Join a league and have a great time on the golf course.  

   League results for June 5 - 8 are:

   Tuesday Morning (8:30 am) Men’s League- First place team included: Kola Slavin, Keith Petron, Layton Peltier and Keith Walker.

   The second place team included: Scott Balthazor, Dave Lahti, Lenny Deshayes and  Ron Germann.

   The team coming in third included: Gregg Gamble, Jim Shallman, Don Rodi and John Geithman.

  Longest putt on No. 5 this week went to Doug Rogers. Closest to the pin on No. 1 was Keith Petron, Clayton Peltier was closest to the pin on No. 3 and closest to the pin on No. 9 was Dave Lahti.

   Wednesday Evening Women’s League - The game of the day was “Most Bogeys” with the following ladies walking away with the win: Marianne Auge, Haley Worley, Jane McKinley, Mary Justin, Sheila Miller, Robin Purgett and Nancy Kruse. Mary Justin walked away with the lone birdie of the day on No. 7.

   Thursday Morning Women’s League - Marlene Yurik was the closest to the tree on hole no. 4 and also walked away with the longes put on hole no. 1. Jodi Peck walked away with the lone chip-in.
