   Twenty members of the LongBow Ladies Golf League teed off at 10 a.m. in a shotgun start in what turned out to be an opposite weather day from the previous week—from cold and windy to hot and calm. 

   The league played simple stroke play and were grouped to name the lowest gross and lowest net in each of three flights.

   Winners in flight one were Pat Roush with a 94 low gross, and Jeanne Major and Kathy Newton netting 73’s. Flight two had double winners with low gross of 102 by Cindy Gross and Ginny Muller. Gross had low net with a 72.

   Flight three was won in both categories by Dianne Larson with a 110 and a 76.

    Jeanne Major chipped in on Hole 7 for a par.  She also birdied Hole 12, as did Kathy Severson.  Kathy Newton birdied Hole 2.
