   On Thursday Aug. 3rd, the Longville Library will be offering free take and make wooden sign kits to paint by artist Haci Stumbo. These beautiful 3D signs are the shape of the Minnesota state and feature the state flower; the Lady Slipper. The complete kit includes paints, paint brush, sponge, the MN 3D cutout and 10.5 x 12 mounting board. A limited number of kits are available while supplies last and will be offered one per person. 

   This free Legacy Program is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s arts and cultural heritage.  Library hours are Tues/Thur/Sat 10-2 and Wed/Fri 1-5.
