Martha Brevik returned from Bemidji where she attended summer school and will teach at the Boe school again this year.

Dale Peterson bulldozed the road and leveled off ground on the Martinson place on Boy Lake and also did work for George Bonick.
Remer folks are enjoying a series of outdoor movies each Monday evening which are sponsored by the Remer businessmen.
The Grange met and organized Friday night. The initiation will be July 29th at Boy River school.

Mrs. Hannah Perkins moved back to her home vacated by the Kirk Myers who purchased a home in Hill City where Kirk teaches high school.
Sandy Peterson of Brunswick, Maine and 3rd Class Petty Officer Rick Wolske of Remer were married July 6th at Pensacola, Florida.
Rolina Weigle, science teacher at Northland High school for the past three years, has been selected as the Cass County Secondary Teacher of the Year.

A “Taste of Longville” will be the attraction on the community’s Main Street and is the first food bazaar featuring 10 local businesses and clubs.
Don Stefan of Remer has announced an Independent “Peoples Choice Party” Republican challenge to endorsed party candidate, Larry Howes of Hackensack.
Jeffrey Douglas Hare, former graduate of Northland High, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
