  The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 38 golfers forming 10 teams for play in three flights with Stableford scoring. Results from July 25 play are:

  The first flight first place team, with a 137 included: Paul Dennie, 38; Ray zittlow, 34; Craig Anderson, 33 and Neil mandsager, 32.

   In the second flight, the first place team, coming in with a  team total of 130, was the team of: Dale Hillstrom, 39; Steve Carolus, 33; Jerry Varner, 29 and Craig Severson, 29.

   Coming in first place in the third flight, and a team total of 129, was Bob Savre, 41; Marc Schonwise, 35; Rod Bothast, 29 and Doug Anderson, 24.

   Bob Savre scored the most Stableford points with 41.

   Low gross of the day went to Mike Olson scoring a 77, while Bob Savre walked away with low net with his 97-30=67.

   Rod Bothast was closest to the pin on No. 12, at 11’ 6”, while Greig Payne was closest to the pin on No. 17, at 8’ 8”. Bob Sankey had the longest putt on No. 9 and Dave Klosner had the longest putt on No. 18.

  Chip-ins were  made by Steve Carolus for a birdie, Doug Hoopman for a birdie, Bruce Black for par, Bob Savre for par, Rod Bothast for a bogey and Harland Johnson for a bogey.
