   The Backus American Legion Auxiliary will host their monthly breakfast on August 13 at the Backus American Legion as part of Corn Fest Weekend. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. The meal includes two eggs cooked to your choice, pancakes or French toast, bacon or sausage, juice and unlimited coffee. Cost is $10. 

   Members of the Auxiliary will also be on hand to sell Corn Fest raffle tickets for a chance to win 11 prizes. Drawing will be August 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Backus Legion.
