What a beautiful day! The sun was shining, almost no wind, temps in the high 60’s, but felt great in the sunshine. Plenty of fun was had at every area of the contest. The fishing was great, the minnow racing was fun and one person was the bullseye winner at the casting contest. All the hot dogs were eaten.
The hot dog donations this week were a collaboration with the Hackensack Lending Library to help them raise funds to restore the building they are housed in currently. Our visitors were generous and donated $359, bringing their current total towards restoration to $49,866.
The dates for this year are every Tuesday, June 13th – August 15th, 2023 from 11am - 12:30pm. Be early to register before it starts. We look forward to seeing everyone that can make it.
