   The Hackensack Lions Club is again sponsoring Hackensack’s National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1st, at the Hackensack Community Building from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

National Night Out is a national community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it proves a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. The best way to build a safer community is to know your neighbors and your surroundings. National Night Out triumphs over a culture that isolates us from each other and allows us to rediscover our own communities.

   We would love to have you and your organization join us! Together, we are making communities safer, more caring places to live.

   To RSVP, call Sue at 218 232-4813 if you are planning to attend or if you have any questions. Set up time will begin around 4:00. Tables and chairs will be available should you need any.
