Howard Prushek Memorial Scholarship applications open

   The Northland Lions Club of Remer is offering scholarship(s) to current year graduating students of Northland High School. The Lions formed this Scholarship Program in 2021 in honor of Howard Prushek, a former Lions member, educator at Northland Schools and community leader. The application deadline is May 1, 2023. Information about the application process may be obtained by contacting Mr. Scott Peterson, Northland High School Counselor at 218-566-2351, extension 32017.

   The Northland Lions will also gratefully accept donations to the Howard Prushek Scholarship Fund. Donations may be mailed to Northland Lions, PO Box 241, Remer, MN 56672.
