Energy Assistance Program – New Online Application!

   The Minnesota Energy Assistance Program has launched an online application to make applying easier than ever! If you have not applied since September 1, 2022 – it is not too late to apply!

If you live in Beltrami or Cass County and meet the income guidelines, you may be eligible for assistance to keep your home warm and your electricity connected through the Energy Assistance Program!  Both renters and homeowners are encouraged to apply! We have paper or digital applications available.

   If you are low on fuel, facing disconnection or have a past due water bill/disconnected water service- crisis funding is available for those approved for Energy Assistance.
