Bob Savre Senior Men’s Golf League Results

   The Bob Savre Senior Men’s League had 28 golfers forming 7 teams show up to end the season with a scramble on Sept. 13 at Longbow Golf Club.

   First place, with a 64, went to the team of: Jim Zierden, Kenny Schleif, Jim Ernst and Rod Bothast.

   Coming in second place, with a 66, was the team of: JIm Lewis, Jerry Varner, Steve Carolus and Doug Hoopman.

   In third place, determined by a tie-breaker with a 67, was the team of: Neil Mandsager, Jim Sletten, Dallas Anderson and Jamie Evans.

   Fourth place, also with a 67, went to the team of: Mike Olson, Brent Jacobson, Mark Nichols and Ernie Pulido.

   Bob Savre was closest to the pin with second shot on No. 8 with a 12’3”; Jan Pyzik was closest to the pin with second shot on No. 9 with a 13’3”; Dave Klosner was closest to the pin with first shot on No. 12 with a 18’2” and Jim Zierden was closest to the pin with third shot on No. 18 with a 5’5”. 

   Chip-ins were made by Jim Zierden and Craig Anderson this week.
