Genuine Leather, feather key ring take-&-make kits at the Longville Library

   Local artist and flint knapper Tom Kulju has designed another unique art opportunity available at the Margaret Welch Memorial Library in Longville. Tom has prepared a limited number of genuine leather feather key ring take and make kits. Everything you need to put together your very own feather key ring is provided in the complete kit, along with simple instructions and photo illustrations. The only simple items needed from home are a hammer, scissors, pen and scotch tape. Both small and large feather kits are available.

   Kits are available for pick up at the Margaret Welch Memorial Library in Longville beginning Tuesday, September 13th, while supplies last. Library hours are Tues/Thurs/Sat 10-2 and Wed/Fri 1-5. This free Legacy Program is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s art and cultural heritage.
