100 book bags by June 1

   The Hackensack Lending Library volunteers have been sewing book bags this winter in anticipation of opening day - Wednesday, June 1 - at the Lending Library.  These colorful bags can be purchased for $10.00 at the flea market and $5.00 at the library.  Proceeds will go to the library’s building fund.

   The library, celebrating its 21st anniversary, is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and provides readers with a wide variety of genres for check-out from westerns, to mysteries, romance, fiction, non-fiction, biographies, sea-faring, large print, DIY, humor and an entire room full of children’s books.
