Northern Lakes Vets and Friends Group meeting time change

   Northern Lakes Vets and Friends Group will be meeting at the Lifehouse Coffeehouse downtown Pine River (next to the Cozy Cottage Cafe) weekly on Thursday mornings starting April 7, 9:30-11 a.m. It is a support group for all Veterans who wish to meet in a supportive, confidential environment. Grab a free cup of coffee at the counter and join us in the small conference room any time on Thursdays between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

   Northern Lakes Vets and Friends has been meeting for the past six years at the Pine River Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) on Thursday evenings and has decided to change it up a little by meeting at the coffeehouse in the mornings. The group is welcoming new participants, whether you decide to come occasionally or on a regular basis.  They provide coffee and conversation with other veterans and offer confidential support and referrals for those who are struggling readjusting to civilian life or who have personal problems as a result of their service.

   Northern Lakes Vets and Friends Group is a non-affiliated, long-term support group for veterans who struggle with the effects of their military service and readjusting to civilian life.
