Longville Foundation Community Picnic July 21
The Longville Area Community Foundation is planning for their annual Community Picnic and Membership Drive, so save the date! The picnic will be held on Thursday, July 21 from 5-7 p.m. at Stuart Memorial Park. The event will be catered by The Woodpile and all guests receive a free coupon for an ice cream cone at Frosty’s. Guests may stay at the park to eat with friends and neighbors or take meals to-go and eat at home. A freewill donation will be accepted to help offset costs.
This annual event kicks off the Foundation’s membership drive for the 2022-2023 year. Membership runs from July 1 – June 30 each year. Family membership is established by making an annual tax-deductible donation of $50.00 or more. Membership donations are re-invested in the community via the Foundation’s grants and scholarships.
