LongBow Women’s Golf League results

  The LongBow Ladies Golf League met on Wednesday, June 22 with 22 ladies showing up for the first round of three in the championship where the best two rounds will determine the winners in September. The women also played the game of the day “Mutt & Jeff”. 

   The following ladies walked away as winners.

   In first place, with a 147, was the team of Kathy Green, Kathy Newton, Hope Olson and Patty Putter.

  The second place team, with a 157, included Jeanne Major, Harriet Mouw, Diane Peukert and Laura Varner. 

   Chris Barnes’ 88 captured low gross and Hope Olson took home low net with her 60. 

   Chip-ins this week went to Louise Hay on hole 11 and Hope Olson on hole 10 for par. Chris Barnes walked away with two birdies this week on holes No. 4 and 15.
