Bethany Lutheran raises $5k for Ukraine
LETTER TO THE EDITOR
On April 4th, 2022 a community dinner was held to raise money for the Ukrainian relief effort. The free will donation dinner, hosted by Bethany Lutheran Church in Remer, raised $5000. In addition, donated silent auction items were sold as part of the fundraiser. A single check for $5000.00 was sent to Lutheran World Relief and designated to Ukrainian Relief only.
Bethany Lutheran Church expresses appreciation to all who attended, volunteered and gave so generously and who donated silent auction items.
We live in a giving and caring community.
