Emily Greens Men’s and Women’s Golf League Results

      Leagues are continuing to accept new members. You have not missed anything by starting in June. Each week is it’s own event. Come out and join in the fun!  

   League results for June 28 - June 30 are:

   Tuesday Morning (8:30 am) Men’s League- First place team included: Ron Ladwig, Mike Oelrich, Wayne Seiffer and Mike Brown.

   The second place team included: Gary Nelson, Kola Slavin, John Benson and Dean Kapler.

   Third place team included: Charlie Peterson, Kim Bachman, Orville Griffiths and Ed Sorgatz.

   The team coming in fourth included: Bruce Nelson, Gordon Bobbe, Dave Merta and Rick Jacobson.

   The lone chip in of the day was made by Mick Erickson.

   Pat O’Conner was closest to the pin on #1 with Keith Walker coming closest to the pin on #3 and Tom Rollinson being closest to the pin on #9. Longest putt went to Dean Kapler this week.

   Tuesday Morning  (11 a.m.) Back 9 Scramble - The team taking home first place included: Wayne Seiffert, Jerry Hagel, Kola Slavin and Mike Brown.

   The team coming in second included: Keith Walker, John Benson and Gary Bochman.

   Third place went to the team including: Mick Erickson, Dave Merta, Lenny Deshayes and Bruce Nelson. 

   Tuesday Evening Men’s League / Wednesday Morning Men’s League Match Play on the Back 9 -   Tuesday’s Markers went to Pat Gibbs and Jake Appel while Skins went to Bill Dangers, Jeff Steffans and Brad Kaehler. 

   Skins on Wednesday went to Keith Petron, Don Atwater and Bob Ecklund with markers going to Keith Walker and Bruce Nelson.

   Wednesday Evening Women’s League - Due to marginal weather the ladies did not play.

   Thursday Morning Women’s League - The game of the day “Tee to Green” was played with the following ladies walking away as winners: Mac Curtis, Marlene Miller, Lisa Weber and Robin Purgett.

   Robin Purgett walked away with the only two chip-ins, almost three, of the day.
