Kutschied places second in Duck Stamp contest
Local artist Tom Kutschied, captured second place in the recent Minnesota Duck Stamp contest judged at the DNR in St. Paul. He has also placed second in the Walleye Stamp, third in the Turkey Stamp and third in the Pheasant Stamp completions in recent years. Photo submitted.
