Longville Foundation supports local Eagle Scout

Carter Magnus recently presented his proposed Eagle Scout project to the Longville Area Community Foundation Board of Directors as part of his fund-raising effort for his endeavor. Carter’s plan is to construct and complete improvements to the Longville Area Community Garden for next summer. Specifically, he intends to upgrade the Food Shelf Garden area and as well as complete the construction of the Children’s Garden area. Carter is working closely with the leadership of the Longville Area Community Garden and the Longville Lions in this effort.
