Longville Area Women of Today Cookie Walk returns December 11

   What a difference a year makes. This time last year, Longville’s Christmas Holiday events were on pause due to a global virus.  Over the past year we’ve learned a lot about how to bring people together.  It is that time of year for Christmas spirit; time spent with family, longtime friends and making new friends too. It is the season to count our blessings and support each other.  This is home for the Longville Area Women of Today. We plan to continue our efforts in every way possible to support the Longville community through fundraising and service. In that spirit, the Longville Women of Today announce their 15th Cookie Walk Bake Sale on Saturday Dec. 11th at St. Edward Catholic Church from 9:00 to 11:00 am.  Offering the same wonderful cookies, baked goods and Christmas cheer.

   Shoppers will be able to select and purchase their favorite homemade cookies, mini breads and other holiday treats, all baked by our generous community bakers. Many items will be pre-packaged, weighed and priced ahead of time. Festive, pre-decorated cookie trays will also be available. They make lovely holidays gifts. Purchase a larger platter for that outdoor bon fire or skating event. Smaller ones will be available for intimate family visits. Preorders are available for trays and assorted goods.
