Pine River-Backus Relay For Life was held June 22. We welcomed and honored our survivors from this area, Pat Brundidge, Ramona Pedersen, Buzz Lilyquist, Sandy Roscoe and Harold Burley.

We had a silent, good food and wonderful music. At dusk we had a special candle lighting ceremony for those that have died this past year, and the luminary lighting.

We truly appreciate the Longville Community that helped us raise $21,656 for the American Cancer Society.
