On Friday July 23 my wife and I were getting ready to go back home when my truck's brakes suddenly went out. I spoke with John the mechanic at Independent Auto Parts, and he was overloaded with work already. I suggested I bring the truck by anyway, since I couldn't drive it the way it was. We then prepared to spend another weekend at my friend's lake home. Less than 3 hours later, my neighbor came over and said John just called and the truck was fixed! He apparently stopped what he was doing and made the repairs to my vehicle. That kind of service is almost non-existent nowadays.
